Consumer Nizam: Cuddalore, Tamilnadu, India; CONFET is an umbrella organization consisting of likeminded non governmental and service movements working in various parts of Tamilnadu, with specific concentration in Cuddalore District with a network of many peoples from different walks of life. The aforesaid units have come together with a definite goal for achieving a complete and comprehensive protection for Women development, Environment protection and Consumer awareness. The three units are organizations having legal status since they have been registered under the Societies Registration Act. CONFET has thus a common goal for socio, economic advancement and human rights protection. Though CONFET is an ubmbrella organization of such likeminded units, the concept and concrete steps are designed and carried out by CONFET with a lead role. CONFET is the team head in implementing the programmes and policies of CONFET.
